Our “Vitality by the Vial” Program is designated for certain patients who desire the convenience of “at home” injections.  The program consists of an initial appointment with one of our providers who will either “approve” your desired medication or who will help guide you to what option would promote your best overall health and wellness goals. You will then be educated on how to appropriately draw up the medication and administer it to yourself.
