Meet Cassie
Our Story
Nervana Medical was founded in 2022 by Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Cassandra (“Cassie”) Debenham.
Cassie brings 15+ years of healthcare experience, with a background in intensive care medicine and flight nursing. She was recognized with Intermountain Healthcare’s Nurse Practitioner Clinical Excellence Award (2018) and maintains active involvement in leading professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Society of Critical Care Medicine,the American Society of Ketamine Physicians and American Med Spa Association.

If you’re navigating stress or mental health challenges, low energy, weight changes, or the confidence shifts that can come with aging, you deserve more than generic advice. Patients deserve more than long waits and short visits. At Nervana Medical in Sandy, Utah, our concierge memberships give you faster access to a provider who knows you and has time to listen. Members get same or next day appointments, longer visits, and a plan that fits their goals. Every 12 month commitment will allow you access to top level providers for the services we feel necessary to helping you live your best life. Below are links to schedule, as well as some notes on why you may consider booking!
Preventive screenings such as prostate exams, Pap smears, and vaccines are billed when performed or completed at a partner location. Medications and labs are billed through your pharmacy or lab. We review costs and options with you before you proceed. Space is limited and we reserve the right to dismiss patients at any time.
