Patients deserve more than long waits and short visits. At Nervana Medical in Sandy, Utah, our concierge memberships give you direct access to a provider who knows you and has time to listen. All members get longer visits and a plan that fits their goals. Every 12-month commitment will give you access to top-level providers for the services we believe are necessary to help you live your best life.
Preventive screenings such as prostate exams, Pap smears, and vaccines are billed when performed or completed at a partner location. Medications and labs are billed through your pharmacy or lab. We review costs and options with you before you proceed.

How Do Appointments and Telehealth Work with Medical Concierge Memberships?
Members can choose in‑person visits at our Sandy clinic or telehealth appointments (where clinically appropriate) across Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Wyoming. Both Basic Concierge plans include up to 2 simple telehealth visits per month (medical or functional). Use the online booking links or call/text the clinic to schedule your visit.
