Nervana Medical was founded in 2022 by Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Cassandra (Cassie) Debenham. Cassie has over 15 years of experience in health care, primarily in intensive care medicine. She left in 2021, mentally and physically burned out after nearly 2 years of working in the COVID ICU.

Nervana Medical was founded in 2022 by Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Cassandra (Cassie) Debenham. Cassie has over 15 years of experience in health care, primarily in intensive care medicine. She left in 2021, mentally and physically burned out after nearly 2 years of working in the COVID ICU.
Her heart has always been in medicine and her primary focus has and always will be, to do what’s right and best for the patient. She believes that what is best for the patient, requires a depth of understanding of each patient and their own specific health goals, concerns, limitations/strengths and weaknesses.
After working in the outpatient world the last few years, she began to find a bigger meaning and purpose for Nervana; a more meaningful healthcare experience for not only the patient but for the provider as well. No provider wants to be rushed in and out of rooms with back to back schedules and limited time to spend with the client to fully appreciate and understand them individually. Nervana strives to give this back to both the patients and the providers and we can only hope to be apart a transformation for the better in healthcare as a whole.
Our Mission
Traditional medicine and complementary/holistic therapies have seemed to stay their own entities with little success of integrating the two. We believe that a persons’ health and wellness is most successful with a combination of approaches and that a multi-modality, multi-disciplinary, individualized approach is what serves patients the best overall result.
We strive to incorporate our clients into the development of their plan for highest compliance and overall longevity of success while maintaining expectations and overall patient accountability.
We take the time to thoroughly explain and educate our clients and provide them with the necessary information for them to make their own informed decisions pertaining to their health; because at the end of the day, it’s their life and their decisions; and it is an honor to be given the opportunity to be apart of it and help them live their “best life”.

Courtney Davies, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ketamine integration coach with over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She has worked across a range of clinical settings, including wilderness therapy and with justice-involved populations, bringing a depth of perspective and adaptability to her work with clients.
Courtney has advanced training in the treatment of acute, complex, and developmental trauma, and her clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and evidence-based approaches. She currently works in a private practice setting, where she specializes in working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and suicidality, as well as trauma-related concerns.
As a ketamine integration coach, Courtney helps clients make sense of and meaningfully integrate their ketamine-assisted therapy experiences. She provides a grounded, supportive space to process emotional, cognitive, and somatic material, while helping clients translate insight into practical, sustainable change. Her approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on helping clients move beyond breakthrough experiences toward lasting transformation.
Courtney is particularly attuned to the complexity of integration work and is passionate about supporting clients in building clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves as they navigate the integration process.

She is licensed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Breanne works hard to teach the science of food and how our bodies use nutrients as fuel to achieve optimal performance.

When she isn’t in a treatment room helping others achieve their perfect brows or glowing skin, you can find her at a concert, or with her nose in a good book.
