A: We understand that emergencies and work or family obligations can come up. However, missed appointments without notice prevent other patients from receiving care. For this reason, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 fee. Appointment lengths range from 15 minutes to several hours, depending on the service.
