Radiesse provides structural lift and collagen stimulation. It can be used in:
- Standard concentration — for lifting, contouring, and restoring volume.
- Hyper-dilute form — for improving skin quality, thickness, and elasticity without noticeable volume.

1–3 Months
Standard: Peak visible results — structural lift + collagen effect. Hyper-Dilute: Noticeable improvement in skin firmness and elasticity.
6–12 Months
Standard: Ongoing collagen remodeling; gel portion gradually absorbed. Hyper-Dilute: Continued skin improvement.
12–18 Months
Standard: Radiesse fully metabolized; collagen remains. Hyper-Dilute: Results gradually taper; maintenance may be desired.
Aftercare Guidelines
First 24 Hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Avoid excessive heat (sauna, hot tubs, steam rooms).
- Do not massage unless instructed (hyper-dilute may require gentle massage).
When to Contact the Office
- Increasing pain
- Significant swelling
- Skin discoloration
- Signs of infection
