I have had amazing experiences with the ketamine treatments in the past, however my experience at Nervana was by far the best! I love the atmosphere here and of course the staff. Abby is very kind and welcoming when coming into the clinic. Alli was very thorough in explaining the treatments and how they work. She answered all of my questions in addition to easing any anxiety I felt. Brittany set up my injection and did a wonderful job inserting my IV so that I was comfortable for my treatment. Matthew was my guide for the treatment and they were amazing! They are very kind, empathetic, and attentive. They listen to me and help me work through what I’m feeling in a very effective and beneficial way. Overall my experience was sublime and I’m excited to continue treatment here.

Every part of my interaction with the staff from waiting in the office to being seen by my medical provider was excellent and friendly and I genuinely felt like everyone cared about me and I hope everyone in that office gets a raise soon. I wish I had more reasons to go back because it felt like I was talking with people I had been friends with for a long time.
