After 15 years in healthcare—primarily in intensive care medicine—Cassie left the hospital setting in 2021, burned out after nearly two years on the front lines of the COVID ICU. But her heart remained in medicine, and she discovered a path forward that honors both patients and providers. Nervana was created to restore what modern healthcare has lost: time, understanding, and genuine connection between provider and patient.
