When every visit is paid on its own, care can be hard to predict and hard to budget.
That’s why we created the Advanced Medical Concierge Membership: The Banked Plan. It’s a new membership at Nervana Medical, an integrative medical practice in Sandy, UT, and sign-up is open now ahead of its official launch on October 8, 2026. Below, we cover what the plan is, how the banked balance works, what you can use it for, the terms, and how to tell if it fits the way you use care.

What Is the Banked Plan Medical Concierge Membership?
The Banked Plan is a medical concierge membership that costs $300 a month, with a 12-month minimum. What makes it different is where your monthly payment goes. Each month, $300 is added to your account, and you can use that balance on anything at Nervana: medical and aesthetic services, labs, and products, all at member pricing. Any balance you don’t use rolls over from month to month and from year to year, and it never expires while you are a member.
The Banked Plan is one of several medical concierge memberships. Here’s how we describe the choice: Need one program? Choose Basic + Weight Loss or Basic + BHRT/Hormones. Want your care at Nervana paid from your balance? Choose The Banked Plan.
How the Banked Balance Works
- Monthly deposit: Your $300 membership payment goes into your account as a balance.
- Pay from your balance: When you use any service, lab, or product at Nervana, the cost is taken from that balance.
- Rollover: Whatever you don’t use carries over from month to month and from year to year. It never expires while you are a member.
- Member discount: You also get 15% off all services and products (packages excluded), and the 15% stacks on top of member pricing.
Over the 12-month minimum, that adds up to $3,600 in your balance. Because the balance carries forward, including into the next year, a quiet month doesn’t cost you anything. It just leaves more available for the months when you need more care.
Use Your Balance on Anything at Nervana
Your balance isn’t limited to one program or to medical care alone. You can use it for anything at Nervana Medical: all of our services, medical and aesthetic, as well as labs and products. Here are some examples.
Medical care
- Primary care visits: The kinds of visits you’d usually see a primary care provider for, such as UTIs, ADHD, and high blood pressure. Simple, moderate, and complex visits each cover a 1 to 3 month refill, at your provider’s discretion.
- Hormone optimization (BHRT): BHRT management and pellets at member pricing.
- Medical weight loss: Weight loss visits at member pricing, pay per refill appointment rather than monthly. Medications aren’t included in the membership price; at member pricing they start at $90 a month.
- Peptide therapy: Peptide stack management at member pricing.
- Mental health care: At-home ketamine refills, injections, and infusions.
- Medical card evaluations.
Aesthetics and wellness
- Aesthetic services: Tox, facials, and our other aesthetic treatments.
- IV/IM therapy: IV and injection therapy sessions.
Labs
- Lab work: Labs can be paid from your balance. You can see what we offer on our lab panels page.
Products
- Products purchased at Nervana: Peptide vials (we stock them in the clinic), skincare, and other products can be paid from your balance, with your 15% off.
Member Pricing With Your 15% Off
These are the published member prices, followed by the price after your Banked Plan discount:
- BHRT 6-month management (non-pellet): $300, or $255 with your 15% off
- Female pellets: $450, or $382.50
- Male pellets: $650, or $552.50
- Peptide stack management: $50, or $42.50
- Weight loss visit: $175, or $148.75 (medications not included)
- Mental Health At Home refill (1 month): $100, or $85

Complimentary Extras: Nearly $690
- Consult Membership (one time): Nearly $450 in consults, services, and a facial. This includes consults across our services, from IV/IM therapy to hormones to aesthetics, plus an annual comprehensive wellness consult.
- 20 free units of tox ($240 value, one time): A one-time perk when you purchase 30 or more units.
- Member-only perks: Discounts and giveaways throughout the year.
You don’t need to do anything to claim the one-time extras. Our front desk adds them for you when you join or at checkout.
How It Compares With Paying Per Visit
Without a membership, you pay for each visit when you receive it. Starting October 1, 2026, our primary care telehealth visits are $50 for a simple visit, $125 for a moderate visit, and $200 for a complex visit. Your provider decides the visit level and refill length based on your needs. For weight loss, non-members pay our By the Vial pricing.
The Banked Plan changes how you pay, not how much care you get. You pay one predictable amount each month, the full amount goes into your balance, and you pay member pricing with 15% off. Here’s a simple example:
- Deposited over 12 months: $300 × 12 = $3,600
- Non-pellet BHRT: $255 every six months × 2 = $510
- Monthly weight loss visit: $148.75 × 12 = $1,785 (Depending on the vial size purchased with the pharmacy, refills typically average every 6-8 weeks rather than monthly)
- Total used: $2,295
- Left in the balance: $1,305
That leftover $1,305 could go toward primary care visits, labs, aesthetics, skincare, or anything else at Nervana, or it can simply roll over into the next year. This is only an illustration.
The Banked Plan does not include guaranteed same- or next-day visits. If you only need care now and then, paying per visit may be the simplest choice. A free consult is a good way to compare the options.

Terms to Know

- Leaving early: there is an early cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance.
- Your balance can be used for anything at Nervana, including medical and aesthetic services, labs, and products.
- Unused balance rolls over from month to month and from year to year, and it never expires while you are a member.
- 15% off all services and products (packages excluded), on top of member pricing.
- The membership discount can’t be combined with other promotions, except refundable discounts (such as Allē and Aspire).
- Weight loss medications aren’t included in the membership price; at member pricing they start at $90 a month.
- The Banked Plan does not include guaranteed same- or next-day visits.
- The Consult Membership and the 20 complimentary tox units are one-time perks. Our front desk adds these for you when you join or at checkout. The tox units require a purchase of 30 or more units.
