I had an amazing experience at Nervana Med Spa! I won a gift certificate for microneedling and visited for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. Before my appointment, I had a question, and Rylee, the head esthetician, responded immediately, which made me feel even more confident about my visit. During the appointment, Rylee was fantastic—she was upfront about everything, including the cost of add-ons, and made thoughtful recommendations for my skin type without ever pushing products on me. She took the time to explain which ingredients (like certain acids) would help with my skin concerns, and I really trusted her expertise. It’s been two days since my microneedling treatment, and while my skin is still red and peeling (totally expected!), it’s already glowing. Since I’m prone to redness, Rylee recommended the exosome serum post-treatment, and I think it’s made a huge difference—I had never heard of it before, but I’m so glad I tried it! On top of that, Rylee even texted me two days later to check in and see how my skin was doing, which I really appreciated. I can’t wait to see my final results and will definitely be returning to Nervana. Highly recommend!
