I’ve have an amazing experience doing IV Ketamine treatments for depression with Nervana. I just finished my 5th infusion and go back tomorrow for my 6th. They have made me feel very safe, so WARM and comfortable with the heated room, heated blanket and even heated IV bags. Every question was answered and my calls/texts were returned promptly. To say I have been extremely well taken care of is an understatement. Words cannot express my gratitude. I was in a dark place when I came to them but with their kind, gentle and non-judgmental guidance I am now able to stay above the waves that I felt were holding me under. I can’t say enough about the high-level of customer service I have received. They are professional, very knowledgeable, caring and super clean. The team here is off-the charts awesome but a special “Thank you” to Syd and Cassie. If needed, I’m planning to continue a maintance regime.

I’ve been to places like beauty lab and laser, where I felt rushed and pushed out the door immediately after entering, like I was just another number in their system but that is not the case at Nervana! Nervana Medical is truly one of the best medical spas in the area – I won’t go anywhere else! Cassie and her team are awesome. I love that most, if not all, of the team have a medical background/degree so I trust the advice and care that I’m receiving. The space is gorgeous, the treatments and products are competitive and well priced, and the providers are top-notch. My favorite treatment was the microneedling w/ PRP and months later, my skin is still glowing!! Will be going back for sure for some IV treatments and more.
