I’ve have an amazing experience doing IV Ketamine treatments for depression with Nervana. I just finished my 5th infusion and go back tomorrow for my 6th. They have made me feel very safe, so WARM and comfortable with the heated room, heated blanket and even heated IV bags. Every question was answered and my calls/texts were returned promptly. To say I have been extremely well taken care of is an understatement. Words cannot express my gratitude. I was in a dark place when I came to them but with their kind, gentle and non-judgmental guidance I am now able to stay above the waves that I felt were holding me under. I can’t say enough about the high-level of customer service I have received. They are professional, very knowledgeable, caring and super clean. The team here is off-the charts awesome but a special “Thank you” to Syd and Cassie. If needed, I’m planning to continue a maintance regime.
